Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote medical products and services
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations for both potential clients and existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing timely feedback and insights to the management team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on sales activities, performance, and market developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, regulatory) to ensure alignment of business objectives
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant industry regulations
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other professional events to enhance brand visibility and build networks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or a related healthcare industry role
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and industry practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
